I was amazed at how great your band was at the Marilyn Manson show on 11/9. Most of the bands that have opened up for Manson haven't been the best, but yours was one of a kind. As soon as your set was over I knew I had to check you guys out, and I finally got my ass up and fixed my computer to do so.Anyways, Sen tore that shit up on bass...good work. Val, you were wonderful with embracing the fans attention on vocals. Theos, badass on guitar...and lovely choice of the Beast. Dreg, an insane drum player. All of you are extremely gorgeous!! The song that I loved most was Christ Punching, catchy. Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to your next show!!

Just saw you guys last night with Manson. I was impressed. Good, good music. Christ Punching was extremely catchy. One thing, and this is honest, honest criticism, I'm seriously NOT trying to put your band down because I liked what I heard... You might want to diversify your sound a bit more. All of the songs I heard sounded really similar... except the last one you guys played which had a faster, more mosh friendly beat.

Friday night at Double Door was the best damn show ever. The crowed reaction was great and there were some fans that felt the music in every cell of their body. I loved the cover of Blind by Korn. NIN is so last season. The vocals were great and I loved how Sen went nutz on the base during the entire sent and the cover song. I have a few other covers you might want to try. There is Personal Jesus by Depeche Mode and The Eurythmics Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This). All the fans out there in FB land let me here your voices. For those wondering what happened to the Live Journal I can shed some light. The maintainer of that site has fallen out of sorts with the band if you will so my guess is she just cut the cord. Just HAD to comment on Dreg's entry in the Fashion File and (::sigh::) as much as I hate to admit it (LOL) I HAVE to agree with him! Seriously - being a former audio engineer myself (believe it or not) I personally know how time consuming studio recording is... So I have to back the Dregster up on this one. If you're feeling "ignored" or whatever - CHILL! It's nothing personal. In my honest opinion there's only two ways to record - the "fast" way and the "right" way. And I'm sure FB is doing it the RIGHT way!! I'm also sure everyone will be more than pleased with the end result. You should know FB is very loyal to their fans & would never intentionally be trite to anybody. Remember, they're putting all this time & effort into the recording sessions for their fans as well - all of you have helped get them this far so imagine how much further you can get them with (as Axl would say) "just a little patience." (Don't kill me for that one, Os - I COULD have u! sed an Eminem quote! LOL) Oh, and to the FB dudes - please be gentle to your head engineer! ;) Yes, I know I have a vagina which made it even harder for me (ewww, that sounded SO wrong!) but the engineers go through a lot too in that studio... There was no defacing of any tickets for this show. Each band is given an amount of tickets and the individual bands circle their own band names so they can get credit from the Metro for the people they bring in the door. Sometimes when a band circles their own name, another band's name is drawn through, but this is not an intentional slight! Those tickets are small, dig? Dreg, Val, Os and Sen: Thanks for being there at the Metro. I always love hanging with you and getting my hugs. Your show was excellent, as always and I really enjoyed the performance. Saw the show on Saturday and it was amazing. I was quite upset that you went on later than scheduled because the previous band played longer than they should of. I also have to say that it's no wonder that people have to bring half naked girls on stage just to compete with you guys because when it comes down to music and your stage show there is no comparison. that motherload, gelheads and drifter band should of just gone home and let you rule the evening like you ended up doing anyway.

To all the Bomb faithfull who missed the Milwuakee gig, your loss. Metal school was in session that night, and all of Milwaukee's finest were at attendance. Like a machine, the Bomb delivered one of the finest sets I've seen yet. The crowd of mostly new faces were converted to Bombites before our eyes. The guys at the Rock Shop were great. They are just starting out and the world could use more venues like it, so support them if your in the area. They are on the net, but I forgot the address. I Yahooed Rock Shop Wisconsin and found them easily. I cannot stress enough how hard these guys rocked the place, and if the momentum carries over to the next show, it's a must attend show. Slot, great work with the sound guy, my eardrums are still recovering. Val, they ate out of your fucking hands. Sen, you are truely an animal onstage. I see why they put the fog machine on your side, you are the human fan. Dreg, hard, heavy, you were in the zone my brother. So I pulled this off the net for the rest of you out there who don't know shit about it...In the early 1980's, a Japanese band called X, heavily influenced by American glam-rock, stormed onto the Japanese music scene with what they called "Visual Shock". But that look is widely varied, from glamorous to dark to whimsical to horrific and alien. Whether dressed in suits or skirts or goth-industrial-kabuki finery, however, it's all about the show. Music and visual style are inexorably linked. Some Westerners are initially put off by many Visual Kei bands, primarily by the abundant presence of androgeny and sexual ambiguity. It is helpful to keep in mind that in most traditional theater, including Japanese theater, women's roles are still played by men. Also, Japanese culture regards things such as mystery and passion as very feminine qualities. That, and girls just seem to really dig guys in PVC and lipstick. Go figure. Most V/K music tends to be loud. And fast. And loud. It is no real surprise to find that many visual artists cite Marylin Manson and KISS as influences. Conversely, Marylin Manson's look and stage presence has been heavily influenced by Visual Kei. Other groups, such as Shazna, are very pop-oriented in their music. Some, such as Malice Mizer and Nookicky, trade in everything unusual and eclectic. Of all asian music genres, Visual Rock seems to be in the biggest state of flux currently. Primarily a male-dominated style, V/K bands are now appearing with female members, such as Clothoid-Doll and Basalisk Glance. A long time neighbor of mine (Kristin) gave me this website address quite some time ago but I have been so busy that I just now got around to checking it out. I must say I am VERY impressed. This website is designed by far very complex yet simple and catchy. The music in the background is a great addition and the sound is amazing. I know that this is a last-minute sort of proposition to ask you, but I am planning on throwing a 20 kegger + Champagne New Year's Eve party presented by my company, EvilWerks Inc. Our original headliner, Black Flood Diesel and Autonamy has dropped from the lineup and we need a headliner and another band for the show. All together, we plan to have five bands on the bill. This will all be over @ The St. Paul National Guard Armory in Downtown St. Paul (600 Cedar Street). The space holds more people than the Armory off on Robert Street. Is it possible that you guys can be headlining for that night? It is an 18+ Event, 21+ to drink. $10 Advance, $15 at the doors. This Party will include the 20 Kegs + Champagne (its all complimentary for the 21+ crowd), Live bands (at least 5 bands total including headliner), Gothic/Metal/Industrial/Weird Shit Karaoke in between hours of bands, A dinner buffet from the people of Le Cordon Bleu, and a Wet T-shirt contest featuring female strippers from various MN stripjoints (no worries -- they're knockouts).
